The one thing I want you to know or rather share with you tonight about growth is

Growth to me is not staying in one stagnant place

It’s finding ways not to respond to negative people when they push your buttons,

Growth doesn’t happen automatically

So you have to choose to grow on purpose

They say if you spend one hour a day on a subject in 5 years you'll be an expert on it

You have to know that though your dream is free the journey to get there isn’t

There is going to be some long nights and some long days ahead, there are going to be some things that you don’t want to do but have to

I once heard someone say “ Don’t have uphill hopes and down hill habits, because you cant go up hill with down hill habits” and it stuck with me

So in other words

If you want to be a champion , then do whatever it takes to be a champion

Don’t expect others to believe in a dream you don’t

Don’t mask your weaknesses, work on them

You have to learn to get to a place of being brutally honest with yourself

Don’t be afraid to say that you are unable to do something

Look for the thing that you can do.

You have to shake your downhill habits

TO GROW YOU HAVE TO BE intentional about your:

1) Personal development

2) Develop a success plan if you don’t have one

3) Stop asking how long will it take , ask how far can you go

4) Step outside of your comfort zone

5) Stop looking for everything to be so structured

6) Do what is uncomfortable

7) Be open to the unknown ( this is the thing that scared me the most)

You have to make the mantra that

"In this season I am going to stop waiting for things to come to me

I am going after it , whatever it is"

8) Don’t complain more than you work

9) You Cannot quit during the process

10) If you have not secured an income as an entrepreneur , why are you not putting yourself in the market place

11) Stop showing up on level 2 and show up on level 10..
